James responded quickly to our original query about dealing with our dry rot problem, he understood our requirements, promptly provided a quote and answered our queries. Will be able to comment further when the work is carried out.

Really happy with the service!
James was super professional when he came to inspect the property and explained everything clearly. Denise was very helpful and always quick to reply and organise things. Ram did an excellent job — very professional, finished everything perfectly and left the place spotless.

I spoke to James over the phone when their workers were doing some work at my neighbours. He was very clear and prompt with his response. Then I booked an appointment for him to visit my property to inspect for rising damp. James arrived within the time span given and was very patient in explaining the problem and gave us a quote within the time scale he promised. His pricing is reasonable and quote has clear explanation of what would be done and what is the requirement from us. We have now decided to go ahead and complete the work with them. Excellent communication & customer service so far.

James did an excellent job inspecting and reporting on a woodworm issue before we purchased our house. His report was clear and easy to understand, and he was very helpful when I called to discuss the implications and the works needed. Highly recommended!

I've only had a site inspection and quote from London Property Preservation so far but that experience was very smooth and helpful and I intend to go ahead with using them to deal with the damp I have in my kitchen.
